Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and managing office inventory and supplies.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Organize and facilitate internal meetings and board meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a professional administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
