Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and route inquiries professionally.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Schedule and coordinate executive meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist management with special projects and administrative projects.
- Maintain office inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous administrative experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work efficiently during night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
