- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring all logistics are seamless.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Assist in the organization of company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Perform general clerical duties and ad-hoc projects as needed to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
