Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering a high-volume of incoming calls.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure quick information retrieval.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and accounts payable/receivable tasks using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Assist with data entry projects and ensure database accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and special events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet strict deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
