Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Prepare, compose, and edit professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and memos with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and visitors, responding with professionalism and efficiency.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure the secure and easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, team meetings, and corporate functions.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication flow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
