Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex meetings across multiple time zones
- Prepare and distribute confidential documents, reports, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee office inventory management, procurement processes, and vendor relationship maintenance
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing professional communication support
- Process expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including complex itineraries and accommodation logistics
- Implement organizational systems to enhance team productivity and document management
- Support special projects and events as assigned by senior leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of progressive administrative support experience in a corporate environment
