Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel logistics.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, including emails, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and client inquiries.
- Assist in the organization of company events, meetings, and team building activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, filing systems, and databases.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, word processing, and expense reporting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role (1-2 years minimum).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
