Responsibilities

- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare expense reports, invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Assist in organizing company events, team building activities, and internal meetings.
- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
