Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Organize and maintain digital/physical filing systems for confidential documents
- Coordinate office logistics, including supply inventory and equipment maintenance

Qualifications
