Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, with a professional demeanor.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with data entry, database management, and the preparation of monthly reports.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory as needed.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the executive team and departmental operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
