Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute action items to relevant stakeholders.
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and mail; screen and prioritize inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
- Act as a point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or certification in business administration is preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
