Responsibilities
- Calendar & Travel Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with precision.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; screen and direct phone calls and emails professionally.
- Document & Report Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit business correspondence, presentations, and reports to ensure high-quality output.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate virtual and in-person meetings, including agenda setting, minutes taking, and follow-up action items.
- Office Operations: Maintain an organized filing system (digital and physical), manage inventory for office supplies, and assist with general office upkeep.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative experience in a corporate or office setting.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and pay close attention to detail.
