Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule complex calendars, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Assist in data entry, record keeping, and filing systems to ensure accurate information management.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
