- Compose professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory and vendor communications
- Support HR functions including onboarding and employee records management
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Implement digital filing systems and maintain confidential data security
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (2+ years)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
