Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed using various software platforms and databases.
- Manage and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure efficient retrieval of documents.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management.
- Reconcile accounts and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or data entry roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a multi-tasking environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
