Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in CRM and ERP systems with 99%+ precision
- Process and reconcile financial documents, invoices, and expense reports
- Manage digital filing systems with strict adherence to data security protocols
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for department leadership
- Generate reports and analytics using Excel and proprietary software
- Support cross-functional teams with document preparation and distribution
- Implement process improvements to enhance data workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Proven track record in maintaining confidential information
