- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate office calendars, meetings, and logistics for department heads
- Generate monthly reports and analytics from administrative databases
- Support cross-functional teams with document preparation and distribution
- Implement process improvements for data management workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables, Word mail merge)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and document management software
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven error rates <0.5%
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
