Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data in company databases and systems
- Manage and organize digital filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
- Assist in scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating departmental meetings
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Perform quality assurance checks on all entered data to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Support accounts payable/receivable processes and invoice verification
- Collaborate with team members to optimize administrative workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional administrative or data entry experience
- Proven expertise in data entry with typing speed of 60+ WPM and 98% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and database management
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
