- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems with version control protocols
- Collaborate with IT department on system upgrades and data security protocols
- Conduct periodic data audits to ensure compliance and accuracy standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in administrative support with data entry focus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- 10-key typing speed of 8,000+ KPH with 99% accuracy
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error tolerance for data integrity
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Professional certification in data management (preferred)
