- Perform daily data verification and quality checks
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare professional correspondence and documentation
- Assist with onboarding and HR administrative tasks
- Support cross-departmental projects as needed
Qualifications
- Proven data entry experience (60+ WPM preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles a plus
