Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a strict focus on accuracy and speed.
- Manage and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars for senior staff.
- Handle incoming communications via email and phone, maintaining a professional and welcoming tone.
- Prepare routine reports and compile statistical data using Microsoft Excel.
- Order office supplies, manage inventory levels, and assist with basic office upkeep.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
