Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service and routing inquiries appropriately.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and integrity of company records.
- Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items promptly.
- Support the office with general administrative duties as needed, including inventory management and vendor coordination.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required for high-performing candidates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
