- Schedule Management: Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and manage internal meetings to ensure optimal team productivity.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and confidential.
- Customer & Client Support: Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing top-tier support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Office Administration: Handle daily office operations, including mail distribution, supply management, and filing systems.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare weekly reports, expense reports, and necessary documentation for management review.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
