Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume email correspondence and phone inquiries with professionalism and speed.
- Coordinate and schedule complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems for confidential records.
- Assist with data entry tasks, including updating CRM databases and tracking project metrics.
- Greet visitors, direct callers, and provide exceptional front-desk customer service.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure a well-stocked workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or office clerk.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
