Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the company calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal and external correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory to ensure the workspace is well-equipped.
- Support the executive team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or previous administrative experience is a plus.
