Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive summaries with precision.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Oversee office operations, including inventory management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and generate insightful reports using MS Office and Google Workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant in a corporate setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
