Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Communication Management: Screen and direct incoming calls, emails, and visitors; draft professional correspondence.
- Document Preparation: Create, edit, and format presentations, reports, and internal documents using MS Office.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, process invoices, and assist with general bookkeeping tasks.
- Data Management: Organize and digitize filing systems to ensure secure and quick information retrieval.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for company events and team building activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative support experience in a corporate setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
