Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and sensitive information with discretion
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional communications and reports
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Provide exceptional customer service and serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Support departmental projects through data collection, analysis, and presentation preparation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with calendar management and travel coordination
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative certification preferred
