Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Oversee office inventory management and vendor relationships for procurement needs
- Coordinate departmental meetings and events, including logistics and minute-taking
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Implement and maintain efficient office filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation coordination
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
- Discretion handling confidential information and sensitive matters
- Experience with office management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Asana)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record (for occasional errands)
