Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate office operations, including supply inventory management and equipment maintenance
- Support team coordination through meeting preparation and minute-taking
- Process expense reports and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- 3+ years of progressive administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
