Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain secure document management systems
- Process incoming communications (mail, calls, emails) and route to appropriate departments
- Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate office logistics including meeting setups, equipment maintenance, and supply inventory
- Assist in onboarding new hires and serve as primary point of contact for vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
