Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Organize and maintain digital/physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Coordinate office logistics including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Assist in onboarding processes and new employee orientation activities
- Support event planning and meeting coordination for internal/external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in office administration
- 3+ years proven experience in executive support or administrative roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in deadline-driven environments
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Experience with office management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar)
