Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with quantum/AI specialization
- Published research in IEEE/ACM on ethical AI or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Web3 stack (Solidity, Rust, Polkadot)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Quantum Physics
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ futuristic tech implementations
- Experience with EU AI Act and IEEE 7000 standards
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Q#)
