Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategic vision for artificial intelligence integration across all company sectors, anticipating trends 2 years out.
- Lead Advanced Research: Oversee a team of engineers and data scientists exploring next-gen neural architectures and ethical AI frameworks.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement high-performance computing systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical AI concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict data privacy regulations and security protocols.
- Innovation Incubation: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI) and evaluate their potential for integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from concept to deployment.
