- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with demonstrable 5+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience scaling agile frameworks across 50+ person organizations
