Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering
- 10+ years in emerging tech with 3+ unicorn exits
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+
- Deep expertise in neural architecture optimization
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
