Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in exponential technology forecasting
- Proven track record delivering roadmaps for 2020+ tech milestones
- Expertise in at least three domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFrA, APF) or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership on technology ethics or societal impact (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (NIST, ISO/IEC 38507)
- Fluency in scenario planning tools and futures simulation platforms
- PhD or Master's in Technology Futures, Systems Thinking, or related field
