Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Web3) that will impact our business by 2026.
- Architecture Design: Collaborate with senior engineers to design scalable system architectures that support long-term growth and innovation.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to advise stakeholders on investment opportunities and potential risks.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects to validate futuristic technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage partnerships with tech providers to ensure access to cutting-edge tools for the 2026 era.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or enterprise architecture.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and plan for the 2026 timeframe.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of cloud computing, data science, and software development lifecycles.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving complex projects to completion.
