Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and validating emerging tech opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence points
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype 5-year technology adoption scenarios
- Establish KPIs for tracking tech maturity and market readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation consulting
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Proficiency in scenario planning and SWOT analysis frameworks
- Experience with regulatory impact assessment for emerging technologies
