- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for acquisition/partnership opportunities
- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for next-gen technologies
- Present visionary technology briefings to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers and conference keynotes
- Manage a $15M+ innovation budget for experimental technology ventures
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in AI, AR/VR, or decentralized systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Deep expertise in Gartner Hype Cycle analysis and technology adoption curves
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Experience managing global R&D teams across 3+ continents
