Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting for 2026+ initiatives, identifying disruptive trends in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI governance
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks aligning with UN SDGs and ESG compliance standards
- Drive cross-functional R&D projects with teams spanning 8 countries and 12 innovation labs
- Develop patentable methodologies for ethical AI deployment and human-machine augmentation
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board members securing $20M+ annual R&D budgets
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders incubator program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on 3+ industry revolutions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE ACM or Nature Futures journal (2018-2023)
- Certified in Quantum Architecture (IBM Q) and Ethical AI Governance (EU AI Act)
- Experience scaling global tech initiatives across 3+ continents
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialization of futuristic technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred for global collaboration
