Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite to align technology roadmaps with business objectives and market disruption
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, bio-AI, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Develop patent portfolios and IP protection strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Present technology foresight to investors, partners, and industry forums
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive tech development
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies with 10+ years in tech innovation
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Experience leading global R&D teams with cross-cultural collaboration
