Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential for 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technological innovation with business objectives
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and market validation of futuristic concepts
- Drive cross-functional R&D initiatives spanning 3+ technology domains
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor innovation teams in next-generation development methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence domains
- Track record of launching at least two breakthrough products/services
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar strategic foresight credential
- Experience building and scaling R&D teams in Fortune 500 environments
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Deep network within Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem
