Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps focusing on AI ethics, quantum computing integration, and climate-positive tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, decentralized systems) for commercial viability
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and similar institutions to co-develop 2026-relevant frameworks
- Establish governance protocols for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies with 10+ years applied experience
- Published research in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuro-interfaces, or climate-tech optimization
- Proven track record translating 5-year technological forecasts into enterprise-scale implementations
- Expertise in scenario planning using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle and Delphi Method
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and biotechnology
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successfully commercialized future-tech initiatives
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Certified Futurist (CF) credential preferred
