- Build predictive models for market disruption using AI and big data analytics
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future concepts into viable products
- Present visionary insights at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and establish innovation frameworks for the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Expertise in AI/ML, IoT, and emerging tech ecosystems
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in Innovation Management or Future Studies preferred
