Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 technology landscape shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into roadmaps
- Present insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and maintain an innovation ecosystem with academic and corporate partners
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technology impacts
- Author thought leadership on technological evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technologies
- Global network of technology innovators and researchers
