Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology foresight strategies for 2026-2031 horizon
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI ethics, bio-digital convergence)
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering and product teams
- Produce annual technology impact assessments for executive stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions
- Design prototyping frameworks for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating tech disruption (post-2020 experience required)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published research in emerging technology (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
