As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify breakthrough opportunities in quantum computing, biotech convergence, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems. You'll lead scenario planning workshops, publish trend reports, and influence product roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and academic research to forecast 2026+ innovation vectors
- Develop strategic frameworks for client adoption of emerging technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Design prototype solutions for next-generation human-AI collaboration systems
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to scout breakthrough technologies
- Advose on ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Future Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology consulting, R&D strategy, or innovation management
- Proven expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, advanced AI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with patent analysis and technology maturity assessment tools
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) preferred
