Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy roadmap
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Partner with C-suite to align technological investments with business objectives
- Manage a $15M R&D budget for next-gen technology exploration
- Present future technology frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and mentor a specialized innovation lab team of 12+ experts
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 tech trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, AR/VR)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ professionals
- Published research or patents in future technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
