Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI governance, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-era technologies including brain-computer interfaces and synthetic biology
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI decision-making processes
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for collaborative R&D
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints focused on climate tech solutions and sustainable infrastructure
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, advanced AI, synthetic biology, or climate modeling
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon scanning)
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent demonstrable innovation portfolio
- Strong background in ethical AI development and responsible innovation frameworks
